Skincare during pregnancy doesn’t need to be complicated to provide the skin support you need. By making a couple of changes to your existing skincare routine and avoiding a few skincare ingredients, will make your pregnancy skincare routine a breeze.
The following steps will help guide you through our Bheue product range and get you on your way to healthier, happier skin.
Step 1 – Cleanse & Care

Cleanse and care for your skin with this soothing cleansing milk to nourish and hydrate the skin with Vitamin E and Sweet Almond Oil. Cleansing will also help to fight off unwanted surface bacteria. Pump one to two drops onto your fingers. Apply to moist skin in gentle circular motions and rinse off.
Tip – We suggest to double cleanse when wearing heavy make up. The first cleanse will help remove the makeup and residue, whilst the second cleanse works to remove the unwanted bacteria and build-ups.

Revitalising Eye Serum
Soothing and reducing puffiness around the eyes. This eye serum works to strengthen the delicate skin under your eyes and reduce dark under-eye circles. Gives a boost of radiance especially for those experiencing sleepless nights during pregnancy.
Step 3 – Nourish & Restore

2-in-1 Revitalising Face Serum
Our 2-in-1 Face Serum helps to nourish and restore your skin. This dual action serum and moisturiser soothes and restores the skin with Rose Damascena, Helichrysum Extract and Jojoba. This gentle formula leaves skin with a glow and a soft touch. Apple one to two pumps and massage onto your face and neck both AM and PM.
For your morning routine, don’t forget to apply an SPF after applying the 2-in-1 Face Serum.
Step 4 – Tone & Firm

Stretch Mark Oil
Bheue’s Stretch Mark Oil is a special blend of oils that can safely be used to massage the abdomen before, during and after pregnancy. Stretch Mark Oil is a great for expectant mothers or for anyone who has stretch marks. It's also beneficial for dry skin and will help keep skin hydrated and soft during and after your pregnancy. Apply twice daily over the bust, bump and legs. Spray lightly and massage onto the skin in large circular motions.
For optimum results, consistency to your routine is key. Aim to schedule 10 minutes of your day to focus on cleansing, treating and moisturising your skin. We of course understand daily life can be busy with juggling work, appointments and kids but just putting aside 5 minutes in the AM and 5 minutes in the PM for selfcare will do wonders to your skin and mental health.
