Orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days of placing your order using a trusted shipping carrier. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email.

Duties & Tax

Please note for certain countries, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches its final destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance will be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

You can return any unwanted items to us, providing they are unused and in their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to customer.

Contact info@bheuebeauty.com, give us the reason for your return and we will give you a returns reference number and a returns address. Please make sure the products are unsealed, unopened, in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete depending on the bank’s processing time. If you have a complaint or concern with service received or a product purchased, please contact us on customercare@olivanna.com and we will do our best to help.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received by us.

5. Exchanges: - Unfortunately, we do not currently offer product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
